  • Delivery & Collection of plant – On occasions we will use third parties to facilitate the excellent services we offer you. These may include using for example, a haulage company to deliver / collect plant to or from your site.
  • Toilet Servicing & Repairs – We often use a third-party business to service and clean toilets on site or a company who will assist in repairing your machinery on site. To achieve this, we may need to supply these companies with the contact details of you and / or your site personnel, which will consist of a contact name, mobile telephone number and / or email address.
  • Debt Collection – On occasion we will use third parties to assist with Debt Collection if we consider a debt to be ‘bad’.
  • We may also send you a product update or contact you with regards to products and services that we think may be of interest in the future.

Lawful Basis – we will only collect and process personal data where we have a clear reason and lawful basis. The lawful basis is dependent on the data processing activity and at least one of the following will apply:
